COVID-19 Coronavirus Statement 05/11/20 UPDATE

Dear Customer

Following the Prime Minister’s announcement on Saturday evening (31st October) we would like to reassure you that we will remain open for business throughout this four week national lockdown.

It has been explicitly stated that the construction industry should continue to operate, including tradespeople being allowed to enter and work in homeowners’ properties. At IDS we are committed to supporting our customers and playing our part in helping the country to overcome this crisis, and we are therefore committed to positive actions to support colleagues and customers in this collective effort. This includes helping our customers to provide essential maintenance of homes and public buildings, helping self-employed customers stay in business, and by providing essential livelihoods for all our colleagues.

Placing Orders

Collections

Collections can still be made as required from our Covid Secure premises, whilst respecting social distancing, hygiene and face covering guidance.

Deliveries

Delivery schedules are unaffected, and our delivery drivers have been issued with strict instruction to ensure that Government guidance is adopted at all times.
